The idea

DrakLive should be a place where anyone can post without fear. These guidelines are short on purpose.

What is not allowed

• Explicit sexual content or nudity.
• Real violence, cruelty to people or animals, or content that celebrates harm.
• Harassment, threats, insults aimed at a person, or calls to pile on someone.
• Hate speech based on origin, sex, religion, orientation, disability or age.
• Content that is not yours: other people's music, films or videos without permission.
• Scams and deception, including fake promises of money.
• Other people's private data: phone numbers, addresses, documents.
• Content that puts minors at risk, in any form.

What happens if you break them

The video is rejected and not published. If it is serious or repeated, the account is suspended. Where the law requires it, the authorities are informed.
